How can I stay updated with new shop offers?
In order to stay updated for new listings, sales and special offers please subscribe to my newsletter. Each subscriber will recive discount code to get 15% off for the next purchase.
Can I change the currency to see local prices?
At this moment I am unable to offer local prices. Shopify Payments that are able to automatically re-calculate prices to your local currency are currently unavaliable in Poland, but all my listings contain same, or even lower prices than they used to be on Etsy.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, free shipping is available for order over ca.90 EUR for European locations, and ca. 100 EUR for International orders.
Do you offer express shipping?
Express shipping is a custom way to ship your ithem in case you have very short timeframes since the purchase to the successfull delivery. How long it takes to ship my order?
It usually takes 3 days up to one week to prepare your order and ship it. Shipping comes with National Polish Post (Poczta Polska) with tracking number.

How does the Return Policy looks like?
I accept returns within 14 days of receipt for ithems in new condition. Please read my return policy and exceptions. All the regulation are comply with the provision of the Act on Consumer Rights in use since December 2014 (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827, as amended) in Poland.
1. Please contact with me via michellesketch@interia.pl or my site, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. Products must be returned in their original, undamaged, sealed packaging, with the original packing slip and must be in a re-saleable condition.
2. After receiving return instructions, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing or equal form of packing to make sure ithem(s) will be safe during delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that items are returned safely. Unfortunately, I am unable to take responsibility for ithems lost in transit. I recommend selecting a carrier who can provide tracking.
3. Buyers are responsible for return shipping and covers all direct costs of returning the ithem (e.g. packaging, security, shipping costs). Costs of returning the ithem are non-refundable. Adding tracking details to your return is necessary and helps protect against delays or issues in the refund process. Seller is unable to proceed the refund proccess without tracking details.
5. Seller might deduct from the refund to cover the loss from the additional costs that can appear during the return delivery (duty and taxes).
4. If the returned item is used, damaged, or missing any parts, or is damaged during return delivery because it wasn't packaged correctly, the seller might deduct from the refund to cover the loss in the item's value. The carrier is liable for the loss or any damage of the shipment occurring from acceptance until its delivery and for delays in the transportation of the shipment. If the shipment is lost, damaged or defective, you can claim compensation from the carrier.
5. Your refun will be procceed within 14 days after returned ithem(s) is successfully delivered. You will recive an e-mail with confirmation about the successful delivery of the ithem(s) you returned.
6. Ithems excluded from the Return Policy - Pursuant to Art. 38 point 3 of the Act on Consumer Rights, the consumer cannot return an item if it is "non-prefabricated", manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or intended to meet his individual needs." :
- Fine Art Prints - customized with gems or non customized are sold as print-on-demant and are excluded from the return Policy;
- Original Paintings - only customized with gemstone embellishment;
- Calendar - customized with gemstone embellishment;
- Private Commissions - in digital or traditional medium;
- Digital ithems and licences;
